David Buckner Faints, Passes Out Live On “Glenn Beck” (VIDEO).

I fell lightheaded after watching even the shortest clips of Mr. Beck.

Palin sorta like the 4 Yorkshire Men

Sarah Palin began to defend her clothing budget by stating that they will be donated to charity at the end of the campaign.  She then tried to paint herself as a frugal spender by stating how she yearned to go shopping at the consignment shop back in Alaska.  When I took all of the “one ups-man-ship” into consideration, I was reminded of a skit by Monty Python’s Flying Circus entitled the Four Yorkshiremen.

In the skit each man tries to retell how horribly unbearable their childhood was until the conversation goes from tragic to absurd.  Frankly, this campaign seems to doing the same thing.  Here’s the clip for your enjoyment:

Palin wrong on VP duties

When asked by a third grade student, “What does the Vice President do?”  Sarah Palin responded:

[T]hey’re in charge of the U.S. Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom.

Once again Gov. Palin you are quite wrong.  Or at least over stating things.  As VP you break ties in the Senate.  You don’t get to be a legislator.  You shouldn’t be influencing the work done on the floor any more than you should be telling the Supreme Court how you think the rulings should go for the day.  If you can’t understand the most basic of your Constitutionally restricted tasks, please pack up the bus and head back to Alaska.  You aren’t ready for this and the more you try to pretend the more America loses its ability to function in the world.

CNN reported on protesters in Colorado who jumped in front of the motorcade of Sarah Palin.  Most of those who have read my blog might think I would be supporting this anit-Palin action, but they would be wrong.  What these overzealous morons did is no better than any other protesters from the McCain side.  It’s ok to get your message out, but to threaten a candidate is wrong, wholly wrong.

These pathetic losers should be charged and made to realize just how idiotic their actions were.

So now we know just how unbelievably pathetic the McCain camp tactics really play to the public.

Now she’s trying the math tactic

Sarah Palin tried to attack Obama’s tax plan by stating that 40% of Obama’s 95% don’t pay taxes, so how can he lower their taxes?  By handing out tax credits in the form of a check, paid for by hard working American families, small businesses, and the Joe the Plumbers.  (Wait, I thought she didn’t like using Joe as a political ploy?  Guess her writers still think he’s working.)

Let me give some math related advice.  If you apply factor X to situation Y and the resulting trend is Znegative, to obtain a Zpositive result you may need to stop applying factor X.  This is especially true if your audience P expresses their disgust with your factor X.

By the way Gov. Palin, continuing to press the socialist edge while you handed out more private sector and government money to the tax payers in your state than any other state, might just qualify you for the socialist for beginners discussion list.
